Challenge:

Originally DMG Advisors, NorthSound Capital contacted Wilder & Associates to help create a new brand. In addition, as a hedge-fund company, a new website was needed to allow clients immediate access to time-critical information. In addition, monthly emails to notify investors of website updates & information broadcasts, providing investors with performance, legal, accounting and research information became just as important.

The final requirement was security. With sensitive information contained within the website, a secure method of client access was required. Each investor must have his/her own unique access and the information presented to that individual must also then become unique.

Solution:

With so many specific requirements, NorthSound was one of the first companies to use the Wilder & Associates Investor Relations Engine. This new and unique online solution provided NorthSound with all of their needs and more.

First, the site design was tailored to the new brand developed in part by Wilder & Associates. This new image including company name, color scheme and company logo allowed Wilder & Associates to create a unique online brand. With the design chosen, work on the content of the site began.

Unique logins for each client allowed Wilder & Associates to create a unique online experience for each investor. Based on their individual logins, the information presented to the investor changes. These restrictions allow NorthSound to manage access to information.

The Investor Relations Engine allows clients access to vital, time-critical information on their investment and increase overall customer loyalty. With this engine, investors feel more in control of the investments and can take a more active role in their portfolio.

Finally, with our unique administrative control panel, updates to the NorthSound website have been smooth, efficient and timely. Updates to the site take minutes instead of days.

Overall, NorthSound has a stable, secure Investor Relations Engine designed to fit their brand identity. Because this site provides their clients with access to all of the information they need in a timely, efficient manner, overall inbound client call-volume has been reduced and customer loyalty increased.
